Nana Jacqueline accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
